Kibuli TTC being upgraded to a core status, hence Kibuli Core Primary Teachers college serving both Pre-service and Outreach activities.
The college is well staffed with knowledgeable and potential human resource.
Having a strong stake in Kakungulu Memorial Secondary School and IUIU Kampala Campus.
Regular refresher courses as CPDs for staff and among topics conducted include; ● Early grade reading ● Addendum on PTE curriculum ● Soft skills (life skills and value addition) ● Peace Education ● ICT integration in day-to-day teaching
Support supervision which is ongoing for better learning at all levels of pre-service and outreach.
Improved hygiene, sanitation and maintenance of college compound.
On Fridays we invite resource people to instill, inspire and expose students to outside world professionalism. Young Men Muslim Association (YMMA) initiated an intervention for character development in self-confidence, Public speech and to make students self-driven.
Re-branding is on- going. ● Administration block has been improved ● New entrance gate supported by courtesy of old students ● Main hall/dining with the support Uganda Muslim Youth assembly (UMYA) were started on.
We are in good collaboration with different bodies which include YMMA, UMEA, UMTA, IUIU, Kyambogo University, KCCA and many other neighboring schools/colleges hence attracting many programs.
The college participates in co-curricular activities at different levels. i.e. Inter-house, regional and National in the following; Music, Dance and Drama, Games and Sports, Environmental protection activities by NEMA, Mathematics Competitions by Makerere University, Cultural festivals, Religious Activities (Quran mastering and recitation)
The college with the help of the BOG and PTA, managed to get the college shuttle to ease transportation at the college
